Dear all,
The year is new and with lots of challenges, i guess its also for you?!
Just recently, end of January, there was an IFBB yearly meeting and as last year i did nice come-back with the winning of the female bodybuilding category of Nationals I, I got awarded with the trophie "Best athlete of the year 2011" :) .. Im on the picture with my trainer Bill Richardson, by the way ;) .. It was nice.
Also, Belgium IFBB federation nominated me to participate in European Women's Championships.
I dont have much of information of the contest, just know that its in Zagreb, Croatia and 11-14 May 2012. I will let you know about the contest more in my blog and news page when i will have some more information.
So i will have to be ready by this time and i will :) .. Im sure, with Bill everything is possible ;) he pushes my limits and knows better what im able to then i myself sometimes (when it comes to lifting weights, how heavy and so forth) ;)
I will keep you posted how my preparation goes and hope i can make everybody, who cares, proud of me :) xx
Oke, now about Lexie, she is growing very quick, walking around, started to walk really just after her 1st birthday, her b-day party pictures are in her gallery, if you haven't seen them yet ;)
She is very interested on everything and im like a little servant (how i feel sometimes ;) ) when i run after her. Cat food is also one of her favorites, hope one day she realises that its not her food ;) lol
