Enjoy living in Antwerpen, Belgium with the perfect and complete family. I love to go to gym and do heavy trainings,
also I offer training and nutrition plans, personal training sessions, consultations as well as managing my own website.
Studied Flemish language for 1 and half year, now have a little break due to having a kid.
She, Lexie, was born on 12 January 2011 and now the life is more busy then before.

18-21 November 2011 went to Estonia to watch the World Classic Bodybuilding Championships Tallinn 2011.
It was nice event to go, Estonia did so good as we got 7 medals :) wow :) .. Well done girls and boys ;)
I saw my mam and so many friends with who i did go to gym or worked when i was still living in Estonia. I woudnt have seen them all at once if that event hasnt took place ;) lol .. Fitness.ee has lots of pictures, so i suggest for you to look them from Fitness.ee page

29 October 2011 was IFBB National I & Belgium Fed Cup 2011 in Gent, Belgium. I won first place :) ... There was 4 women in female bodybuilding category and it wasn't easy. See the Newsletter and picture gallery.
28 July - 06 August 2011 - visited my home country, Estonia, together with my daughter.

6 - 19 June 2011 went to vacation to South of France. It was great, see my blog about it and enjoy pictures. Couple of videos are also in YouTube.
16 April 2011 went 2nd time to FIBO 2011 in Essen, Germany. It was fun event. Have some pictures up in my picture gallery, blog and Facebook and also YouTube has 2 videos.
12 January 2011 at 11.38 was born our little babygirl Lexie. She was 2,645g and 48,5cm. Mama and baby are doing fine and are healthy. Papa is proud and the best one in the world.

31 October 2010 was IFBB Nationals I & Belgian Fed Cup 2010 in Cultuurcentrum "casino" in Koersel, Beringen, Belgium.
It was great event, all who we supported won first place, read my blog and see pictures from my activities gallery :)

20 October 2010 we adopted a 5 years old cat named Stafke, we call him also Stafje and Staff. See Cat's picture gallery.
13-19 October 2010 visited Estonia, my hometown Pärnu and our capital city Tallinn. Also, I went to see on 16 Oct 2010 the Innar Mardo Memorial 2010 / Estonian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships in Salme Cultural Center in Tallinn to support our Estonian bodybuilders and bodyfitness girls. October 2010 came out a new FLEX magazine Nr 10 NL (the Netherlands) and I found also my picture from last contest what was in June 2010 and where I am in resting position (legs up) before I go to stage.
23-29 June 2010 had a vacation trip to Turkey. We stayed in Kervan Saray Hotel in Torba and had a good time. Pictures see HERE and ....if you are a member then you check also my videos.
19 June 2010 came out a Belgian female magazine "NINA". There is an article about Belgian strength training girls,also I have a part and quite interesting picture. :) The actual interview and photoshoot was on 9 April. If you miss the magazine, see and read it HERE.
5 June 2010 competed at IFBB Nationals II & GD Prix of Flanders 2010, Cultuurcentrum "de Plomblom"
in Ninove, Belgium. I achieved 4th place. In total was there 8 female bodybuilders. How the contest was and my thoughts about it you are welcome to read from my BLOG. Pictures and videos you find from my bodybuilding gallery.

22-25 April 2010 went to FIBO 2010 in Essen, Germany. I was all day there on Saturday 24 of April and wow, what a great experience. We did lots of pictures, met great athletes and enjoyed the event fully :)

19, 22 Apr 2010 had Flemish language exam (2.1 level). Why 2 days, first was written and then second day was speaking part. The structure and system of the exam was exactly as STANAG (military people know what i'm talking about). How did I do? Enough good to get to next level 2.2! I got 104 points from 120 possible. :) Unfortunately from our 22 students were 8 who didn't passed.
13-20 Mar 2010 went to Ski Vacation to France, Val d'Allos (le Foux). We did lots of pictures (see gallery-other activities) and also there are some videos available in YouTube. About the trip you are welcome to read from my blog.

24 Oct 2009 competed in IFBB National I & Belgium Federation Cup in Brussels, Belgium. As it was for me a first international contest then it ended positively, i got first place. There had to be 4 competitors but 1 didnt come out, perhaps because of doping control, who knows. Anyhow see the protocol and some pictures and soon will put out the video also. 17 October got married with wonderful man, Guy Poortmans (belgian) in Antwerpen, Belgium. Now my name is Gerbel Mikk-Poortmans. In magazine Kroonika (Estonian language) there is an article about us :) ..Also there is another article of our wedding in Kroonika :) .. 3 Oct 2009 was an Estonian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships (IV Innar Mardo Memorial 2009) in Tallinn, Estonia. It was a nice contest but unfortunately not many competitors, I was only one who did a BB. So, i took it as my pre-contest for my first international contest in Belgium in the end of October. Anyhow, see my pictures HERE and in blog have also ETV (estonian National TV) a news shot, and in estonian Õhtuleht article. Here is also a summery video of that event - see here.
22 Aug 2009 had a small photoshoot in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. As well there was interesting "Muscle Beach" event, see my blog to read about that more. Also you will find interesting links to read about Bill Richardson (Mr. Universe 1980), from my blog.
14 July 2009 moved to live to Belgium. Read blog and see pictures of the trip.
11 July 2009 was a FitDay in Tartu (Tartu Arctic Sport Clubis). Official LINK in Fitness.ee. Picture gallery you will find also there. It was the same kind of event as in Pärnu (see news history for that). Anyhow, the event was great and Arctic Sport in Tartu was a very nice gym. We, with my fiance, did back and biceps training there :)
20 June 2009 was FITDAY where all the FitShop and Fitness team was in Rüütli FitShop, Pärnu, Estonia. What was going on, see the LINK. Pictures see from HERE and more from Fitness.ee FORUM.
We did open bench press contest on Rüütli street and the results were as following:
Women: 1st was me ;) Gerbel 25kg x 111 reps (additionally did also 50kg x 34 reps)
2nd Liisa Otsus 25kg x 45 reps and 3rd Katrin Kimber 25kg x 40 reps!
Men; 1st Teimur 50kg x 60 reps, 2nd Imro 50kg x 59 reps, 3rd Allar 50kg x 56 reps.

05-19 June 2009 Guy, my finace from Belgium, visited Estonia. Read blog and see some selected pictures as well. :) This time was like vacation also for me, though i had to go to work. ;)
21 May 2009 - Was in Estonian channel TV3 a movie where some of our top bodybuilders played and where i had a small part as well. The movie was called "Kättemaksu kontor".
16 May 2009 - was Estonian Bench Press Championships in Pärnu, Estonia. I got up 85kg and so its now formally my record in bench press. It gave me 1st place in my weight class till 75kg (i weight 67,8) and overall 2nd place. See protocol here, all my contests results over the years here. 25 Apr - 1 May 2009 - went to work-vacation trip to Mallorca, Spain. The trip was interesting. Read my blog.
1 May 2009 - there was opened a new Rüütli FitShop in Pärnu (Rüütli street 36, Pärnu, Estonia).
19 April 2009 was Estonian Cup of Bodybuilding and Fitness Ugala theatre, in Viljandi, Estonia. It was a great event. I didnt compete but was present and worked in Fitness box and I got to see some of the event as well, do pictures. See the results, pictures, video and protocols in Fitness.ee site (though its in Estonian). The pictures I made you can see HERE.
21 March 2009 - was Estonian Powerlifting Championships in Tallinn, Estonia. The contest went as good as it could go and here are my results: Squat 125kg, Bench Press 82,5kg and deadlift 140kg. So mostly they are almost the same results as last year (improved it with 2,5kg). In total I got 347,5kg which gave me in my weight class, -75kg (I weighted 67,7kg), first place and overall I got second place. It was great contest even I was so nervous during the contest. March 2009 - While I was in US there came out a Spring 09 number of Buduaar magazine and there is an article about me ;) Its in Estonian of course, I talk there about me and how I do keep myself fit, what kind of supplements I eat and etc. All that information is actually available in different pages on my website in English as well :) But here it is if you want to see it anyway. 18 Feb - 4 Mar 2009 - went to vacation to US and it was very nice trip. You can read about it in my blog.
31 Jan 2009 - was Reval Sport Cup Bench press Championships for the highest number of repetitions in Tallinn, Estonia. Contest rules: men had to push their own body weight and women 50% of their weight.
I pushed with 32,5kg x 70 reps which gave me first place and also a absolute winner. See pictures here and also read and see all gallery from Fitness.ee website. See all protocol here.
19 Dec 2008 - was a Fitness.ee Christmas party. The party was great. See pictures here and here too.
29 Nov 2008 - was premiere of the new Estonian action-movie "Bonsuna: ruthless & uncompromising" ("Bonsuna: Halastamatu & Kompromissitu") in Coca-Cola Place in Tallinn. I have small part in this movie as well. See 2 little videotrailers at Fitness.ee TV!

Nov 2008 - there was open new Sparta Sports Club. Check it up HERE. Start to go there for my training, though i continue going to Zelloloos gym in the morning for my morning cardio and sometimes in the evening as well.
22 Nov 2008 was Estonian Championship on Bench Press in Tartu, Estonia. It went very well, I did my record 82,5kg in weight class till 60kg which brought me 1st place. Overall I got second place after Mai-Roos Silla who benched 100kg. Congratulations to Saaremaa, well done. 15 Nov 2008 was III Innar Mardo Memoriaal: Estonian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships 2008, and Olympic Casino Cup 2008 in Tallinn, Estonia. This time I got second place in Estonian Bodybuilding Championships, though it was a great experience and good contest. Read my blog and see my picture gallery. 25 Oct 2008 was a Fitness.ee clients day for Fitness.ee supplements dealers/resellers and coaches in City Spa, Tallinn, Estonia. Of course, we as a Fitness.ee team had also a great relaxing time. I was in Fitness.ee shop on Saturday as well and went to this event a bit later, though I didnt miss the main nice events after hard working day / working week (strip aerobics, aqua-aerobics, jacuzzi and delicious dinner). 04-05 Oct 2008 was a Women's World Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain, where Estonia sent 2 body fitness, 1 fitness and 1 bodybuilder competitor. See and read more about it in Fitness.ee
03-05 Oct 2008 there was a beauty mess "Ilu Sõnum 2008" Eesti Näituste Spordihallis, Pirita tee 28, Tallinn, Estonia, where was the election of the "Aerobics Queen 2008" organized by Fitness.ee. See pictures from Fitness.ee gallery. There is something to read about it also in my blog.

23 Mar 2008 was Estonian Powerlifting Championships which was held in Põltsamaa, Estonia. I was awarded first place in the -75kg weight class and my overall placing was 3rd and I was very pleased with the results: squat 125kg, bench press 80kg and deadlift 140kg = 345kg. 13 Feb 2008 there was a Fitness photoshoot in Arctic Sport, Tallinn, Estonia.

2 Feb 2008 was the Reval Sport Cup Bench press Championships for the highest number of repetitions. Contest rules: men had to push their own weight and women 50% of their weight. I won pushing with 35kg barbell 53 reps. As a result I won overall in both mens and womens category. In total there was 30 men and 5 women.

I didnt compete but was present and worked in Fitness box and I got to see some of the event as well, do pictures. 21 March 2009 - was Estonian Powerlifting Championships in Tallinn, Estonia. The contest went as good as it could go and here are my results: Squat 125kg, Bench Press 82,5kg and deadlift 140kg. So mostly they are almost the same results as last year (improved it with 2,5kg). In total I got 347,5kg which gave me in my weight class, -75kg (I weighted 67,7kg), first place and overall I got second place. It was great contest even I was so nervous during the contest. March 2009 - While I was in US there came out a Spring 09 number of Buduaar magazine and there is an article about me ;) Its in Estonian of course, I talk there about me and how I do keep myself fit, what kind of supplements I eat and etc. All that information is actually available in different pages on my website in English as well :) But here it is if you want to see it anyway. 18 Feb - 4 Mar 2009 - went to vacation to US and it was very nice trip. You can read about it in my blog.
31 Jan 2009 - was Reval Sport Cup Bench press Championships for the highest number of repetitions in Tallinn, Estonia. Contest rules: men had to push their own body weight and women 50% of their weight.

19 Dec 2008 - was a Fitness.ee Christmas party. The party was great. See pictures here and here too.
29 Nov 2008 - was premiere of the new Estonian action-movie "Bonsuna: ruthless & uncompromising" ("Bonsuna: Halastamatu & Kompromissitu") in Coca-Cola Place in Tallinn. I have small part in this movie as well. See 2 little videotrailers at Fitness.ee TV!
1 December it is possible to watch the movie from Fitness.ee site and also buy the movie DVD for 199.-EEKs (~13EUR) from Fitness.ee shop, Telliskivi 5, Tallinn, Estonia.

Nov 2008 - there was open new Sparta Sports Club. Check it up HERE. Start to go there for my training, though i continue going to Zelloloos gym in the morning for my morning cardio and sometimes in the evening as well.
22 Nov 2008 was Estonian Championship on Bench Press in Tartu, Estonia. It went very well, I did my record 82,5kg in weight class till 60kg which brought me 1st place. Overall I got second place after Mai-Roos Silla who benched 100kg. Congratulations to Saaremaa, well done. 15 Nov 2008 was III Innar Mardo Memoriaal: Estonian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships 2008, and Olympic Casino Cup 2008 in Tallinn, Estonia. This time I got second place in Estonian Bodybuilding Championships, though it was a great experience and good contest. Read my blog and see my picture gallery. 25 Oct 2008 was a Fitness.ee clients day for Fitness.ee supplements dealers/resellers and coaches in City Spa, Tallinn, Estonia. Of course, we as a Fitness.ee team had also a great relaxing time. I was in Fitness.ee shop on Saturday as well and went to this event a bit later, though I didnt miss the main nice events after hard working day / working week (strip aerobics, aqua-aerobics, jacuzzi and delicious dinner). 04-05 Oct 2008 was a Women's World Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain, where Estonia sent 2 body fitness, 1 fitness and 1 bodybuilder competitor. See and read more about it in Fitness.ee
03-05 Oct 2008 there was a beauty mess "Ilu Sõnum 2008" Eesti Näituste Spordihallis, Pirita tee 28, Tallinn, Estonia, where was the election of the "Aerobics Queen 2008" organized by Fitness.ee. See pictures from Fitness.ee gallery. There is something to read about it also in my blog.

23 Mar 2008 was Estonian Powerlifting Championships which was held in Põltsamaa, Estonia. I was awarded first place in the -75kg weight class and my overall placing was 3rd and I was very pleased with the results: squat 125kg, bench press 80kg and deadlift 140kg = 345kg. 2 Feb 2008 was the Reval Sport Cup Bench press Championships for the highest number of repetitions. Contest rules: men had to push their own weight and women 50% of their weight. I won pushing with 35kg barbell 53 reps. As a result I won overall in both mens and womens category. In total there was 30 men and 5 women.
