I have been involved with athletics, health and fitness literally all my life. I have
always had a strong desire to compete and succeed! I enjoy sharing that desire with others!
I am truly blessed to be able to live as I do and I sincerely hope that you

BRIEFLY ABOUT ME
I am IFBB Bodybuilding Competitor and Personal Trainer, an Estonian living in Belgium.
I served in the Estonian Defence Forces for 16 years. In 2008 I changes my profession and
concentrate more of my efforts in bodybuilding and power lifting strength sports as I have
done also powerlifting for 7 years.
My Program: Strength training 4-5 & cardio 3-4 days per week.
I love people with a positive attitude.
